“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and will be able to meet its debts as they fall due. Based on all of the above, the directors believe that the Company has access to adequate resources to continue being in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that it is appropriate to continue to use the going concern basis for the preparation of these financial statements.”
