“The Directors have prepared forecasts assessing the severe but plausible downsides arising from the risks facing the business, including where new business does not materialise as anticipated and the decline of existing volumes of work. Under this scenario, the Company still has sufficient financial resources for the foreseeable future. The Company has made a loss in its first period of operation owing to incurring setup costs, however going forward the Company is anticipated to be profitable. On this basis, the Directors believe the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In addition, the Company has received a letter of support from its immediate parent undertaking. Therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
