“The Board have reviewed the cash flow forecasts for the Company and the Group for the period through to January 2027 ("the going concern assessment period"). This period incorporates at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As well as the base case forecasts indicating that there is sufficient liquidity in the Group, the forecasts also indicate that there are no breaches to covenants within either the Group's revolving credit facility, the Unique securitisation nor the covenant within the portfolio loan facilities.”
