The Company operates in the areas of manufacture and development of recording heads for use in data storage media products sold by the Seagate group and participates in the group's centralised treasury arrangements Consequently, the Company is dependent on the Seagate group continuing to operate, continuing to source products from the Company and to meet the Company's liabilities as they fall due The Company's parent undertaking has confirmed in writing that it will continue to source products from, and provide financial support to, the Company for the period to at least 31 March 2027”
