“The members have reviewed the Group's cash forecasts and projections through to April 2027, which have been stress tested for possible changes in trading performance and working capital requirements, including but not limited to, a deterioration in market conditions. These demonstrate the Group has significant cash reserves and access to committed banking facilities to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and that there is no material uncertainty in relation to going concern. As such, the members are satisfied that the Group has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future.”
