“On 4 June 2025 the members of the LLP transferred the constituent elements of the LLP's business to Barnes Roffe Advisory Limited, Barnes Roffe Audit Limited and Barnes Roffe Probate Limited, all of whom now carry out the services previously provided by the LLP. The LLP has stopped trading, however no plans have been implemented to close the LLP. Given the circumstances of the business transfer, with the transfers taking place at asset value, the members of the LLP believe the appropriate basis for preparation of these financial statements continues to be the going concern basis as there would be no difference in the amounts presented nor their disclosure were any other basis adopted.”
