“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. In addition to the financial resources arising from its principal activities, the Partnership is also reliant on the support of Artesian Capital Management Delaware LP ("ACM Delaware"). Having made enquiries of the general Partner of ACM Delaware, the designated members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to settle the financial liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from date of signing the financial statements.”
