“The Members have reviewed the LLP's forecasts and projections including plausible downside scenarios and have concluded that the LLP has adequate resources to be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The LLP and its Members acknowledge that the closing Members fund at 31 December 2024 is a deficit which reflects the impact COVID19 had on the cycle ending in 2023 and ongoing volatility of the global economy. The forecast is supported by deposits held on account in relation to the 2027 event. For these reasons the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
