“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The business continues to deliver revenue growth across key income streams, on a pro rata basis, contributing positively to overall profitability. The partners have carefully reviewed future plans and assessed the impact of anticipated growth on working capital requirements. Detailed cash flow forecasts have been prepared through to March 2028 to ensure the consider the business' resource needs. The business' bankers remain supportive, evidenced by positive adjustments to existing facilities and ongoing discussions regarding additional facilities post year-end. Accordingly, the partners are confident that the business has sufficient resources to enable all operations to continue for at least 12 months from the date of this report.”
