“The parent undertaking WFW Global LLP's Management reviewed cash flow forecasts and projections up to 30 April 2027. This included a range of stress tests and worst case scenarios testing the levels of cash, profits and positions against bank covenants. The tests considered changes in revenue levels ranging from an increase of 5% to a decrease of 10% alongside changes in inflation levels from 0% to 10%, incorporating future budget changes. The results of the tests advised of the lowest levels of cash and the month they would occur. Management are confident that the group and LLP would be able to take sufficient mitigating action in the more challenging modelled scenarios, ensuring it remains in the current banking facilities and covenants. Cash flow forecasts including the results of the stress tests are included within the monthly Management accounts and so are regularly reviewed. These forecasts identify changes from previous versions providing the Management with advance warnings of upturns and downturns. The amount of cash held at the balance sheet date was £4,200,749 (2024: £4,644,546). The designated members of the LLP believe they have adequate facilities to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
