“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the members believe to be appropriate based on its trading performance and because they have received an undertaking from Reed Global Limited, the ultimate parent company, that it will continue to provide financial support as is required for the Partnership to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least one year after these financial statements are signed. The Board has a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, it continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
