“The Members have assessed the going concern of the Group through consideration of the Group's current available cash and its forecasted future cash. The assessment covers the period 1 June 2025 to 31 August 2026 and is considered to be a worst case model for the Group. As a result of the Group's current cash facilities the Members' forecasts show potential cash shortages throughout the going concern period and as such the Members have committed to provide funding, if required, through their personal assets. The members consider the Group, and themselves personally, to have sufficient assets to support the Group for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
