“The accumulated losses as at 31 December 2025 of £10.5 million deficit (2024: £14.4 million deficit) is wholly driven by fair value adjustments on derivatives which do not affect the liquidity of the LLP and are expected to reverse in future years. As there are no plans to terminate the operations of the LLP within twelve months of signing these financial statements, the members of the LLP have a reasonable expectation that the LLP will have sufficient liquid resources available to continue in operation for the foreseeable future and be able to meet its obligations as they fall due. It is therefore considered appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
