“In their assessment of going concern, the members have prepared forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Written confirmation has been received by the directors from Galliard Group Limited, the ultimate parent, confirming their intention to support the LLP to ensure it can meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than one year from the date of signing these financial statements.
