  We draw attention to note 2.1 in the financial statements which explains that the LLP has transferred its trade, assets and liabilities to a fellow subsidiary of Ampa Holdings LLP during the financial year and therefore it is not considered appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern as described in note 2.1. Our opinion is not modified in this respect.
