“The members confirm that they are satisfied that the group and Limited Liability Partnership have sufficient resources and borrowing facilities to meet their obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. This has been determined by a review of cash flow forecasts and expected trading performance. The members believe the forecasts are fully realistic, being based on continuation of the current business model and strategy, with conservative growth projections. Post year end, the group has extended its credit facilities with Lloyds Bank for a further three-year period to February 2029. The forecasts do not indicate that additional funding will be required in the next three years and the group will meet all covenant requirements during the next 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”
