• “During the financial year ended 30 June 2013 the company formed a dormant wholly owned subsidiary investment company Tozers Trust Corporation Limited. The share capital of Tozers Trust Corporation Limited consists of £250,000 of £1 ordinary shares in which Tozers LLP has paid up £100,000. The remaining amount of share capital of £150,000 remains unpaid and uncalled. The unpaid amounts will only be called upon in the event the company becomes insolvent or from future circumstances which may result in the requirement for the unpaid share capital to be called upon.”
