“In assesing the ability of the LLP to continue as a going concern, the members have prepared relevant forecasts and sensitivity analysis. After making appropriate enquiries, reviewing the cash position and its expected cash inflows from Revenue (i.e. Fees received from the General Partners of the Venture Capital Funds) the Members concluded that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months from the date of the approval of the financial statements.”
