Although the current economic climate creates both cashflow and profitability risks, the LLP continues to trade profitably and is cash generative. Budgets and cashflows have been prepared which indicate continuing profitability and cash generation, consequently the members believe on balance that they have sufficient resources to enable trading to continue for a period of at least one year from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
