“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The members have considered the limited liability partnership's ability to continue as a going concern, including its financial position and future cash flows. The limited liability partnership does not have external debt and is generating revenue from its core operations. Based on this, the members are satisfied that the company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future.”
