Material uncertainty over going concern
Following the transfer of the activities, the four LLPs of the Group have ceased being operational directly after the end of the financial year 2023/2024. Therefore, the financial statements of EYNL have not been prepared on a going concern basis. For further information regarding the new legal structure refer to Note 1.5. For the financial year 2024/2025, the continued application of IFRS is considered appropriate, considering the indemnity and guarantee agreement with EY Nederland B.V. through which EY Nederland B.V. indemnifies EYNL against any losses resulting from any claim against EYNL, insofar that EYNL is not able to settle any obligations arising from such claim.
