“The LLP has sufficient financial resources to meet its existing liabilities. It is envisaged that assets under management will be maintained at such a level that the related management and performance fees income will continue to exceed costs during the next twelve months. The members have assessed the going concern status of the LLP and concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern. They therefore continue to adopt a going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statement.”
