“Despite losses being recognised in the current year their continues to be Group wide support from a financial perspective if required. The wider Group is profitable and it is expected that the year end 2025 will be prof table itself. The Members have assessed the effect of possible downside scenarios with reduced level of income and cash flows and are satisfied that the LLP will continue to be able to meet its business obligations as they fall due over the coming twelve months.”
