“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. These Financial Statements have been prepared under the going concern basis. The Members have undertaken a number of scenario projections to understand the potential impact on the LLP and have agreed to provide continuing support to the LLP for at least twelve months after the date of approval by the Members of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 to enable the LLP to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
