“The members have considered the going concern assumption for the LLP in light of these risks and considered the possible impact, for example on income and availability of funding, in the LLP's cash flow forecasts for the period ending 31 December 2027. On the basis of this assessment, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources for a minimum of 12 months from the date of signing the accounts. As such the members consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
