  Material uncertainty over going concern

  On 1 January 2024 the board made the decision that the LLP would cease trading and that the trading activities be transferred to certain fellow group companies. The LLP now acts solely as the agent of fellow group companies in collecting trade debts and making lease payments. As a result the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than the going concern basis of preparation. (Page 4) Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to the Going Concern paragraph of Note 1 of the financial statements, which describes a basis of preparation other than the going concern basis. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. (Page 7)
