“The LLP has access to a £10 million overdraft facility, which is subject to annual review by the bank. In addition, a £6 million rolling credit facility is due for renewal on 1 May 2026, within the going concern assessment period. Forecasts indicate that the peak funding requirement is covered by the existing facility. Based on this, and the availability of sufficient committed facilities, the members consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
