“At the balance sheet date, the LLP has net assets of £1,235,084 (2023: £318,403) and made profit before members' remuneration and profit shares of £5,607,769 (2023: £3,571,877), The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. At the time of signing, the continued expansion of client base and current funds in the bank, the members do not consider any material uncertainty exists that would impact the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
