“After a difficult 2024 the LLP has had an excellent 2025, with results into 2026 continuing to be very positive. The members continue to monitor the LLP's capital requirements and ensure appropriate funding is in place, where necessary. As a consequence of the above, at the time of approving the financial statements, the members have a reasonable expectation that the limited liability partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the members continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
