“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the limited liability partnership's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

- “Mr. Bruno Scharfstein has retired from the partnership, although no formal documentation has been signed at this stage. His participation in the partnership and role in the business has been taken over by Mr Ricardo Jourdan, through his company OpenHi Limited. Mr Jourdan has been a partner in Almar since early 2024 and a close collaborator for years before that. Mr Scharfstein will remain active and close as a key advisor, from his company based in Portugal. Clients are aware of this change, and we do not expect it to have any material impact on operations.”
