This reduction was mainly due to the absence of asset sales during the year, in contrast to the prior year, which benefited from the disposal of the Fulcrum asset within the investee. Additionally, interest costs were recognised in the Statement of Comprehensive Income following the practical completion of the Manchester site in October 2024 and higher management expenses, largely attributable to increased utility and security costs across the Manchester and Maple Cross logistics development sites within the investee.”
