“The Members have prepared this report on a going concern basis, which contemplates continuity of their normal business activities and the realisation of assets and the settlement of liabilities in the ordinary course of business. They are of the opinion that the LLP has adequate resources and reserves available to continue its operational activities for the next 12 months from approving these financial statements having reviewed the LLP's budgets and forecasts. This, combined with their strong client relationships and experienced team, lead them to the opinion that the going concern principle should be adopted in the preparation of the financial statements.”
