“The Members have assessed the ability of the Partnership to continue as a going concern for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. That assessment includes the impact of the ongoing international conflicts. In view of the Partnership's operating model and nature of the funds, the Members consider that the Partnership will be able maintain sufficient assets under management and hence sufficient income levels to generate sufficient liquid resources that will enable the Partnership to meet its costs and liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Members have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the Partnership's ability to continue as a going concern for a period for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis concern.”
