  As at 30 June 2025, the entity is in a net current liability position of £0.34m (2024: net current assets of £1.37m). Following the sale of the investment property during the year, the entity no longer generates turnover and is reliant on continued funding from Long Harbour Income Fund B Limited Partnership and Long Harbour Income Fund C Limited Partnership to operate as a going concern and to support ongoing legal costs related to the Bedford Park defects claim (see note 19), with forecasted legal costs to come of £0.32m. The ability of Long Harbour Income Fund B Limited Partnership and Long Harbour Income Fund C Limited Partnership to provide additional funding is outside the direct control of the members. These events indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Partnership's ability to continue as a going concern.
