“As at the Statement of Financial Position date the LLP had net current liabilities and net liabilities. The LLP will continue to receive support from its parent Sephira Investment Advisors (UK) Limited to enable the LLP to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The members therefore have reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For that reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Financial statements.”
