“The Managing Member, having considered the Partnership's and business' objectives and available resources along with its projected expenditure, is satisfied that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future which is at least, but is not limited to twelve months from the date when these Financial Statements are authorised for issue.
