“Notwithstanding the net current liabilities of £363,367, at the time of approving the financial statements, the members have a reasonable expectation that the limited liability partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Specifically Treveth Holdings LLP has provided a letter of support confirming that it will provide financial support as necessary, including, but not limited to, provision of working capital funding and ongoing and further provision of intercompany loans, to enable the limited liability partnership to settle in full all valid creditors or claims and ensure the limited liability partnership remains a going concern for a period of at least 18 months from 22 September 2025. In addition existing facilities provided by Treveth Holdings LLP are not required to be repaid until the limited liability partnership has sufficient available funds. Accordingly, the members continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
