On this basis, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

• “The LLP is in negotiations with a third party in respect of compensation related to overhead line easements at the Harry Stoke Phase 5 development. As at the reporting date, an initial offer of approximately £820,000 has been received; negotiations and legal formalities (including variation of the easement) remain ongoing. While an inflow of economic benefits is considered probable, the amount is not yet virtually certain and no binding agreement has been executed. Accordingly, no asset has been recognised in these financial statements.”
