“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The members are required to consider whether the LLP can continue in operational existence during the going concern period, which the members have determined to be until 31 March 2027. Financial support is provided to the LLP by way of members' loan notes, and there are enough available funds to meet all liabilities. The only other liability is members' loan notes, which are not repayable within the going concern period. Consequently, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
