• “The Investment held by the LLP originated from the sale of Eleven Sports Network Limited (ESN) to DAZN in an all-share transaction. This transaction is reflected in DAZN's December 2022 audited accounts as a post-balance sheet event, valuing the share consideration paid by DAZN at $391.5 million at the transaction date (14th February 2023).”
• “On 22 December 2024, DAZN acquired, subject to regulatory approval for an enterprise value of US$2.2bn, Foxtel the Australian based sports and entertainment business. The arrangement was an all-share arrangement, in that the shareholders of Fostel receievd equity in DAZN when the transaction completed on 2nd April 2025. This third party transaction was used as an FRS 102 level 2 input for the value of the LLP's holding in DAZN at 3) June 2024 and June 2025, and the value reflected in the financial statements was impaired from $391.5million to US$358.3 million as at 30 June 2024.”
