“Cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements indicate that the Group has sufficient funds to meet liabilities as they fall due. As at 31 December 2025, the Group was at a net asset position of £18,921,766 (2024: net asset of £2,685,227). Also, Pension Insurance Corporation plc has committed continued funding and consider the Group retains sufficient working capital to continue trading for at least 12 months from the date of approval these financial statements. Therefore, the Group considers it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
