“The Partnership's members are British International Investment plc, British International Investment Overseas Limited, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation Limited and OP Finnfund Global Impact Fund I KY. With support from the Designated Members, and the managing member British International Investment plc (BII plc), the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership will have adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months.”
