“At the time of approving the financial statements, the members have a reasonable expectation that the group and the limited liability partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This conclusion has been reached following the preparation of forecasts of both profitability and cashflows covering a period of more than 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. Sensitivity analysis was performed covering scenarios such as an economic downturn resulting in revenue falling below budget with no resultant cost reductions, an increase in WIP days or debtor days, or a loss of production due to a cyber incident. The conclusion from the sensitivity analysis was that the going concern basis of accounting was appropriate. Thus, the members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
